Unified Messaging

What is Unified Messaging?

Unified Messaging uses an integrated messaging model, which gives employees the ability to be able to send, receive, store, and listen to voicemail messages through an e-mail application on a computer or mobile device, in addition to an office phone. It also provides one location for all e-mail, voice mail messages, and faxes to reside.

  • Unified Messaging is available for systems from 25 to 20,000 users
  • Unified Messaging can integrate to Multiple Messaging Platforms: Octel 200, 250, 300 & 350, Nortel, Avaya, Intuity Audix, IP770 and Cisco, amongst many
  • Unified Messaging enables businesses to deliver greater productivity and anywhere access by integrating voice, mobility and presence with the Cloud and Google™ Apps

Additionally, TRI-STAR Telecommunications has partnered with Esnatech® to deliver an Enterprise Messaging Platform - Office-Linx™. Office-Linx integrates seamlessly with existing text, data and fax messaging platforms such as, Microsoft Exchange®, Google™ Apps, Lotus® Notes and other IMAP-based mail servers. This provides flexibility to companies on choosing how to access communications; by phone, wireless device or e-mail.
