Octel End Of Support Guidelines
"Effective June 30, 2011 Avaya discontinued manufacturer support for the maintenance of the Octel 200, 250, 300 and 350 systems. Avaya will continue to honor existing post-warranty and service contracts in accordance with the terms of those agreements. After this date, Business Partners may choose to provide some level of extended support." (Taken from the Avaya Notice Dated: June 30, 2005).
