Avaya G700 R3.0 Media Gateway

The G700 Media Gateway is scalable and offers options.  It is functional on its own or with other G700 Media Gateways. It can work standalone with S8300 Media Server, or it can also connect through LAN to S8700 Media Server. It supports fifteen ports of tone detection, and features four media module slots, one P330 expansion module slot, one slot for the Octaplane stacking fabric, a serial port for command line access, an eight-port layer-two switch or two 10/100BaseT external ports, and a VoIP engine that supports up to 64 G.711 single-channel calls. The G700 is desk-or rack-mountable, and integrates with S8700 series and S8300 media servers running Avaya Communication Manager software.
