TRI-STAR implemented an Avaya IP Office solution to automatically route Aquastar’s high call volume - over 200 calls daily - to its 25 nationwide sales reps. This IP Office streamlines customer service, and increases salesperson productivity.

Goodwill:
TRI-STAR provided technical support for an Octel 200 Messagin
g System-Programming Redundancy for critical Disaster Recovery.

National University:
TRI-STAR provided an Avaya system expansion and VoIP telephones to a 21-node university network.

Small Business Administration:
TRI-STAR remains the ongoing service provider for the SBA, providing superlative 24/7 support and service.  As an approved Government vendor, TRI-STAR maintains several government Octel and Avaya Messaging servers and systems.
