Avaya 1608i IP Telephone

The Avaya 1608i IP telephone features a 3-row by 24-character backlit display, three contextual softkeys. fixed feature buttons (four-way navigation cluster, volume up/down, mute, speaker, headset, menu, telephony application, hold, conference, transfer, drop, contacts, call log, redial, quick-access voicemail), a high-quality two-way speakerphone, a message waiting indicator, an integrated headset jack, dual Ethernet ports for connection of phone and collocated PC with VLAN separation, and eight personalized ring patterns. It supports eight-line appearances/feature keys with dual LEDs, and is desk- or wall-mountable (with an optional wall-mount adapter). The 1608 telephone is firmware upgradeable, powered via 802.3af Power over Ethernet (class two device) or optional local power supply, and includes static or dynamic address assignment. The Avaya 1608 IP telephone is compatible with IP Office R4.2 or higher and Avaya Communication Manager R3.0 or higher.
